Charles E. Bayless
Director
Mr. Bayless has served on the Board since 2002. He currently serves as a Director of Recycled
Energy Development, Commerce Energy and the Ontario Power Authority. Previously, he was
President of the West Virginia University Institute of Technology from April 2005 until
June 2008.
He served as Chairman, President, and CEO of Illinova Corporation from 1998 to 1999.
From 1992 to 1998, he served as CEO of UniSource Energy Corp. Mr. Bayless holds a a JD
from the West Virginia University, an MBA. from the Graduate School of Business
Administration at the University of Michigan, an MSEE in power engineering and a
BSEE from the West Virginia University Institute of Technology.
