James R. Helvey, III
Director
Mr. Helvey III has been a director since 2005. From 1985 to 2000, Mr. Helvey held
roles at JP Morgan & Co including Vice Chairman of JP Morgan’s Risk Management
Committee and Global Head of Derivative Counterparty Risk Management.
Mr. Helvey served as Chairman and CEO of Cygnifi Derivatives
Services, LLC from 2000 to 2002.
In 2004, he was a candidate for the United States Congress in the 5th District
of North Carolina. He is a member of the Wake Forest University Board of Trustees,
and the Oakwood Country School Board of Trustees in Morgan Hill, California
Mr. Helvey received a Masters degree in international finance and banking from
Columbia University, School of International and Public Affairs, and has a degree
from Wake Forest University. He was a Fulbright Scholar at the University of
Cologne in Germany.
