Daniel J. Sullivan

Mr. Sullivan has been a Director since 2007. He was President and CEO of FedEx
Ground Package Systems, Inc. from 1998 until his retirement in 2006.
From 1996 to 1998, Mr. Sullivan was Chairman, President and CEO of Caliber
System, Inc. In 1995, he was Chairman, President and CEO of Roadway Services, Inc.
He also is a director of Computer Task Group, Inc., GDS Express, Inc., Gevity, Inc.
and is a federal commissioner on the Flight 93 National Memorial Federal Advisory
Committee. Dan holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Amherst.
