Louis F. Terhar
Director
Mr. Terhar has been a Director since 2006. He was Managing Director for
Strategic Planning Advisors LLC, a firm specializing in strategic planning
advice and operational improvement strategies, since 2005. From 2004 to 2005,
he was President and CEO of Integris Metals, Inc. From 2002 to 2003, Mr. Terhar
served as President and CEO of Indian Motorcycle Company.
Prior to that, Mr. Terhar was President and CEO of David J. Joseph Co.
(now a major division of Nucor Steel) for eight years and its Chairman for
two years. Mr. Terhar holds an MBA in Finance from Syracuse University, an
MA in Government from Harvard University, and a Bachelor of Science in general
engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
