Anthony K. Slater
Executive VP & Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Slater has been Chief Financial Officer (CFO) since August 2006 after serving as
Vice President of Finance beginning in February 2006. Previously, Mr. Slater served as the
CFO of Universal Solutions International, Inc., from January 2005 to December 2005,
where he had been Vice President of Finance and Accounting and Secretary from July 2003
until December 2004.
Prior to that, Mr. Slater served as Vice President of Accounting
and Financial Reporting for Konover Property Trust Inc., from 1999 to 2002. Mr. Slater
graduated from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Arts in accounting.
He is a registered CPA.
